摘要
本文综合运用了通风网路解算技术和科学计算可视化等理论,建立了通用的矿井通风网路解算及其可视化数学模型,开发了风网解算及可视化软件。该软件能够对矿井通风网路中风量进行自然分配和按需分配计算,在解算风网各个分支的同时,还能算出全矿井总的通风阻力、风量和风阻,并且支持复杂角联风路的解算。系统还实现了风网解算结果可视化显示、风机特性曲线的拟合及其可视化管理。矿井安全技术人员可以更方便、直观地修改通风网路和风机参数,初步实现了计算和数据管理的一体化,提高了矿山企业的通风管理工作的效率。
The mathematics modeling of this paper is based on technology of ventilation network calculation and visualization in scientific computing. Ventilation network calculation and visualization system are established. With the help of this system, air natural distribution and air distribution according to need are both realized. The visualization of ventilation network calculation with the form of text and graph is implemented. Simultaneously, fan performance curve calculation and visualization are achieved. It makes technician more convenient and intuitively to manage the ventilation system. Consequently, it has elementary realized the unification of calculation and data management and has embodied the flexibility of the data change in mining enterprise.
