为提高客车涂装产能和整车的耐腐蚀性，整车阴极电泳工艺近年来开始在国内客车厂悄然兴起。近年来，厦门金旅、郑州宇通都分别投入近2亿元资金用于涂装生产线的升级改造，建设具有轿车生产水准的整车阴极电泳线。其投资昂贵、自动化水平高、先进的技术工艺令众多客车厂家望尘莫及：因此，关于客车整车电泳的相关报道也见诸于各类专业媒体，整车电泳成为塑造产品差异化和展示公司实力的资本，业内对电泳漆的关注也曾如火如荼。

In recent years,two major coach manufacturers—Xiamen Golden Dragon and Zhengzhou Yutong,each had invested around 200 million RMB on upgrading and improving their production lines of coating process,which resulted in the quiet emergence of the electrophoresis technology for whole vehicle among many coach manufacturers all over China.All these manufacturers started a new wave of upgrading,and developing the electrophoresis technologies,and planning the practical implementation programs respectively.
