2009年9月27日，西安西沃客车有限公司在厂内为自主研发的西沃900客车举行下线仪式。经国家汽车质量监督检验中心检测及专业机构对比，西沃900客车在主要性能上达到或接近沃尔沃公司同类客车水平，但价格却只有后者的50％左右。
Sept.27,2009,Xi'an Silver Bus Corporation held a grand ceremony at its manufacturing site in Xi'an to mark its brand new model bus—Silver-900 offline.It is reported that the overall quality and capability is almost as the same as Volvo and other international brands,its price is only half of them.
