健全农村流通网络:促动冷藏车、邮政车等运输车辆需求

The Government Fully Support the Building of Rural Logistic Network

为搞活流通、扩大消费，2008年12月30日国务院办公厅《关于搞活流通扩大消费的意见》（国办发[2008]134号）提出要健全农村流通网络，拉动农村消费。有人认为：“在全球经济危机且国外市场比国内更难启动的情况下，拉动农村消费市场应是当今乃至今后一个时期的重要工作，因为农村是一个没有充分开发的消费市场，一是农村市场有着巨大的潜力，二是与城市比起来农村物质匮乏。”这不无道理；

In recent years,the government had issued many favorable regulations and policies to promote and support the building of rural logistic network,so as to increase the amount of consumption of countryside.This obviously provided a strong demand for certain kinds of special purpose vehicles,such as refrigerating van,postal vehicles,etc.
