摘要
对大鼠脑组织的雄激素受体(androgenreceptor,AR)结合容量与典型雄激素靶器官前列腺组织的雄激素受体结合容量进行不同运动方式后的对比观察。结果表明,不同方式的运动对大鼠脑组织的AR结合容量的影响与典型雄激素敏感组织前列腺的AR结合容量的变化不一致;长期运动,无论运动强度如何,均可使脑组织的AR结合容量水平上升,但前列腺组织的AR水平均下降;一次力竭运动对脑组织的AR结合容量影响不大,但可降低前列腺组织的AR结合容量。
This study compared the combining capacity of AR(androgen receptor)in the tissue of brain and prostate of rats after different exercise.The long term exercise could increase the AR binding capacity of brain tissue but decrease the AR binding capacity of prostate tissue no matter the different stress and time of exercise,There was no effect on the AR binding capacity of brain tissue after single bout of exhausitve exercise,while the AR binding capacity of prostate tissue decreased.
