动物运动性疲劳方法学研究之一──不同刺激方法对大鼠跑台运动疲劳及恢复期糖代谢的影响 被引量:105

The Effect of Different Type on Stimulation on the Glycogen Metabolism during TreadmillExercise Induced fatigue and recovery Period in Rats

摘要 本研究旨在探讨不同刺激方法对大鼠跑台运动疲劳前后及恢复期糖代谢变化的影响。选用雄性SD大鼠经递增强度训练后,在不同刺激方法(机械和电)作用下以33m/min的速度进行跑台运动,分别测定运动疲劳即刻及3小时后的血糖、肝糖元、骨骼肌红肌纤维糖元和白肌纤维糖元的含量。结果表明:(1)机械刺激方法下,大鼠运动至疲劳即刻以及3小时恢复后血糖均变化不大(p>0.05);而电刺激作用下运动后即刻血糖明显下降(P<0.01),恢复3小时后血糖浓度回升(p<0.01)。(2)大鼠运动疲劳后即刻肝糖元下降(p<0.01),但电刺激作用大于机械刺激作用(p<0.01)。运动后3小时接受机械刺激的大鼠肝糖元开始恢复,而电刺激的则没有。(3)骨骼肌红肌纤维糖元的变化在两种刺激方法之间比较相似,但白肌纤维糖元的变化则不同,运动疲劳即刻电刺激作用下白肌纤雏糖元下降比机械刺激作用下更明显(p<0.01),3小时后恢复更慢(p<0.01)。(4)综合来看,机械刺激运动疲劳即刻,红、白肌纤维糖元含量之间有差异(p<0.01),而电刺激运动疲劳即刻红、白肌纤维糖元含量之间无差异(p>0.05)。以上结果提示,虽然机械刺激和电刺激都能使大鼠达到相? In this study ,male SD rats after 5 weeks of treadmill training with incremental load ran at the speed of 33m/min until fatigue and were treaded by different stimulation method(electronic and mechanical).The blood glucose,hepatic glycogen,glycogen con- centration in red and white fibers of femoral quadriceps were investigated immediately after fatigue and at 3 hour after fatigue,The re- sults showed:(1) change in blood glucose level was not influenced by mechanical stimulation(P>0.05),whereas blood blood glucose lev el decreased significantly influenced by electronic stimulation immediately after fatigue (P<-0.01),it returned to normal level at 3 hour after fatigue.(2) Comparing to pre-exercise,the level of hepatic glycogen immediately after fatigue decreased significantly(P< 0.01).The fall of hepatic glycogen influenced by electronic stimulation was greater than that influenced by mechanical stimulation (p<0.01).At 3 hour after fatigue,the hepatic glycogen level of the group treaded by mechanical stimulation began to recover(P< 0.01),while that of the group treaded by electronic stimulation unchanged(P.0.05).(3)the glycogen concentration in red fibers immediately after fatigue fell greatly (p<0.01),The effect of two different type of stimulation methods were similar(p>0.05).theglycogen concentration in white fibers immediately after fatigue also decreased greatly(p<0.01),but the effect of electronic stimuli- tion was more significant that that of mechanical stimulation(p<0.01),(4) The degree of glycogen recovery in red fibers was higher than the degree in white fiber at 3 hour after fatigue.The degree of glycogen recovery influenced by mechanical stimulation was high- er than influenced by electronic stimulation at 3 hour after fatigue. It was demonstrated that the effects of glycogen metabolism in fatigue exercise induced by electronic stimulation and mechanical stimulation were different,although t he rate treaded by different stimulation methods met the same fatigue criterion.
