血管紧张素转换酶基因多态性与2型糖尿病肾病的关系 被引量:9

The Relationship between Insertion/Deletion Polymorphism of Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Gene and Diabetic Nephropathy in NIDDM Patients

摘要 为探讨血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因多态性与2型糖尿病(非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病,NIDDM)肾病之间的关系,应用PCR方法检测100例正常人和156例NIDDM患者ACE基因插入/缺失(I/D)多态性。NIDDM患者中61例合并肾病,95例不伴肾病,同时对有关临床因素进行分析。结果发现NIDDM肾病组缺失(DD)型的发生频率明显高于非肾病组及正常人(P<0.05,P<0.01),DD型与NIDDM肾病的发生明显相关(OR1.69,95%可信限1.21~2.65);NIDDM患者DD型的血压较插入(I)型高。提示ACE基因DD型NIDDM患者易感肾病。 This study aims to investigate the relationship between insertion/deletion (I/D) polymorphism of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) gene and diabetic nephropathy(DN) in NIDDM patients. I/D polymorphyism was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in healthy control subjects and NIDDM patients, among whom 61 cases were accompanied with DN (UAE>20 μg/min) and 95 cases were not (UAE<20 μg/min). Results showed that the frequencies of D allel DD genotype were higher among DN group than among the control subjects ( P <0.01) and no DN group ( P <0.05). Delete polymorphism of ACE gene is associated with DN in NIDDM. It suggests that detecting I/D polymorphism of ACE is of help for preventing DN in NIDDM patients.
