畸胎瘤相关性副肿瘤边缘叶性脑炎一例 被引量：10

摘要 畸胎瘤相关性副肿瘤边缘叶性脑炎（paraneoplastic limbic encephalopathy，PLE）是畸胎瘤引起的以脑炎症状为主要表现的一种临床综合征，主要为边缘系统功能障碍。本病极为罕见，目前全世界报道约20例，我国内地尚无报道。我院目前诊断1例，现报道如下，并结合文献进行分析。
