摘要胃肠原发性恶性淋巴瘤（ＭＬ）较少见，临床上常误诊为其他肿瘤。为提高对本病的认识，特收集本院１６年来诊断的１２例胃肠原发性ＭＬ，结合临床资料、病理组织学和免疫组织化学特征分析如下。１临床资料一般资料胃ＭＬ８例，年龄１６～７０岁，平均５０．５岁，男５例，...
