甲醛固定及石蜡包埋组织的蛋白质组学研究进展

摘要
人体内多数疾病都有其独特的生物学特征，如某些蛋白质表达量的改变，新的肿瘤特异性蛋白质的出现等。近年来蛋白质组学及其相关技术为发现新的疾病特异性生物标志物以及探讨疾病发生发展机制，提供了高效便捷的工具。
