改良Madigan前列腺切除术的并发症及防治

Complications of the modified Madigan prostactectomy

报道行改良Ｍａｄｉｇａｎ前列腺切除术１０７例的临床资料。年龄４８～８７岁，平均６９岁。术中和术后并发症有尿道损伤２５例，膀胱颈损伤２例，直肠粘膜损伤１例，精囊损伤１例，术中大量出血１例达６００ｍｌ。术后排尿不畅１例，轻度尿失禁５例，耻骨后间隙感染１例。

Modified Madigan prostatectomy was performed for 107 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia.The age of the patients ranged from 48 to 87 with a mean of 69. All the patients had the typical clinical picture of benign prostatic hyperplasia. The intraoperative and postoperative complications included urethral injury in 25 cases, bladder neck injury in 2 ,rectum mucous membrane injury in 1, vesicle seminal injury in 1, serious bleeding of 600ml in 1, voiding difficulty in 1, urinary incontinence in 5 and retropubic space infection in 1.Prevention and management of the above compications were discussed in detail.
