妊娠合并急性重症胰腺炎伴区域性门静脉高压一例

摘要 患者19岁，孕1产0。因停经35周，间断性上腹痛2个月，再次发作2d于2008年5月15日入院。患者平时月经规律，孕期无规律产前检查。2个月前开始出现反复上腹痛，外院诊断为急性胰腺炎，2次入院保守治疗，缓解后出院。2d前再次出现上腹痛，伴恶心、呕吐，再次就诊，保守治疗无好转而转入我院。入院身体检查：血压100／60mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），脉搏120次，体温36．7℃，半卧位，
