阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的舌骨悬吊术治疗 被引量:3

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是一种具有严重危害及潜在危险的高发性疾病,由于睡眠时频繁发生低氧及高碳酸血症,最终可引起全身多系统、多器官的渐进性损害。经鼻持续正压通气(nasal continuous positive airway pressure,nCPAP)是OSAHS公认的有效治疗方式,但是有30%的OSAHS患者拒绝nCPAP,在接受nCPAP的OSAHS患者中也只有50%的可以长期使用。
