摘要
"双向选择、自主择业"代替了大学生包分配就业。学生从就业责任的客体变成就业责任的主体。文章结合西藏产业、行业及企业现状,分析了影响职业生涯的因素,探讨了西藏大学生职业生涯规划的内容和意义。
＂Double Choices, Autonomy Choosing Career＂ replaces the policy of providing jobs for college students and students have become the subjects of the employment responsibility instead of the objects of that. The paper, based on the current status of industries and enterprises, analyses the factors affecting the career and deeply discusses the content and significance of college students＇ career design in Tibet Autonomous Region.
