辛夷雾化液平喘作用的药理实验研究

Pharmaceutical Research on Asthma-relieving Function of Flos Magnoliae Aerosol Liquid

目的：辛夷雾化液由辛夷等组成的复方制剂，在临床应用中对中度支气管哮喘具有较好的疗效，本文研究其药理作用。方法：采取豚鼠“乙酰胆碱组胺性哮喘”模型、豚鼠肺溢流法、小鼠氨水引咳法，测定辛夷雾化液对豚鼠引喘潜伏期、肺溢流量及小鼠咳嗽潜伏期的影响。结果：辛夷雾化液能延长豚鼠“乙酰胆碱组胺性哮喘”模型的引喘潜伏期，对抗组胺所致豚鼠肺溢流量的增加，延长小鼠因氨水刺激的咳嗽潜伏期、并减少其咳嗽次数。结论：该药对支气管哮喘具有一定的平喘和止咳作用。实验还显示，辛夷雾化液具有抗炎作用。

OBJECTIVE:To investigate into the pharmaceutical effect of this liquid. METHOD:The effect of the liquid was determined by using guinea pig model with' acetylcholine-histamine asthma,' guinea pig lung overflow method and the method of inducing cough in the mice with ammonia water. RESULT: This liquid can prolong the incubation period of guinea pig model, antagonize the increase of lung overflow in the guinea pig caused by histamine and prolong the incabation period of cough caused by ammonia water stimulation. CONCLUSION:This liquid has the function of relieving asthma and couhg for patients with bronchial asthma. It also has anti-inflammatory functions.
