论带脉与妇科临床的关系

On Relationship Between Dai Channel and Gynecological Clinical Practice

本文从经络学说在妇科临床上应用的角度，探讨了带脉在妇科临床中的特殊治疗作用，通过文献归纳分析了后世医家有关带脉病变的论述。《内经》、《难经》有关带脉循行虽然较为简单，但由于带脉约束前后阴阳诸经，特别是与冲、任、督三经以及中焦脾胃、肾等脏腑经脉有关，故临床表现既有本经病变，又有他经影响及带脉的有关症状，提示治疗带脉病变除考虑带脉本身外，还必须根据疾病的病理变化明确病位和演变途径，从多条经脉取穴治疗，特别是取奇经八脉中的任、冲、督三经有关的穴位。

This paper presents discussions on the special role of Dai Channel in gynecological clinical practice and analysis of theories on Dai Channel by modern physicians. Canon of Medicine and Classic on Medical Problems give only brief descriptions about the course of Dai Channel, but since Dai Channel controls various yin and yang channels and is closely related to the Chong, Ren and Du Channels, the middle warmer, spleen, stomach, kidney and other organs, the diseases may be manifested both by pathological changes of the original channel and symptoms related to the Dai Channel. This suggests that in treating diseases of the Dai Channel with acupuncture, acupoints should be selected not from the Dai Channel alone, but from various related channels, especially the Chong, Ren and Du Channel.
