移动学习资源建设的质量屋模型构建 被引量:19

摘要 移动学习的资源建设是一个复杂的有机系统,它涉及技术、资源、服务与学习者需求之间的关系,但目前的研究主要聚焦于微观资源本身,而对资源建设的质量缺乏探讨。本文运用质量功能配置理论的思想和核心技术,参照我国《教育资源建设技术规范》和澳大利亚《移动学习标准》,着力从移动设备制造商、学习内容提供商和平台服务提供商等层面,揭示移动学习中的技术、资源、服务与学习者需求之间的关系,建立以学习者需求为取向的移动学习资源建设质量屋模型,发现质量改进的要素。研究发现:在目前的众多资源建设技术中,支持服务类技术居于突出地位,重要度普遍较高,是需要着力改进的方面;移动学习资源建设的数据标准有着重要作用,可以说整个移动学习过程都与之相关,也需要改进;健全质量保证体系对移动学习资源建设极具现实意义。
