气相色谱法测定感冒解表口服液中百秋李醇含量的研究

Determination of patchouli alcohol ig Ganmaojiebiao Oral liquid by the gas-chromatography

目的:建立气相色谱法测定感冒解表口服液中百秋李醇含量的方法.方法:样品经提取挥发油后用气相色谱法测定.色谱条件:以10%PEG-20M作固定液,程序升温.以正十八烷为内标,FID检测.结果:线性范围0.2～1.7mg、缺味空白无干扰,加样回收率为97.7%,RSD为2.87(n=5).结论:用程序升温气相色谱法测定本法简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于质量控制.

OBJECTIVE: To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of patchouli alcohol in Ganmaojiebiao oral liquid. METHODS: The essential oil from the samples was determined by GC method, the chromatographic condictions was as follows: liquid phase 10% PEG - 20M, glass column; making comumn temperature -programmed run; FID detector. An internal standard method was adopted with n - octadecand as internal standard. RESULTS:The method was linear within the range from 0.2 to 1.7mg,the recovery was 91.7%.CONCLUSION:This method is simple and highly sensitive,it provide a suitable analysis method for controling qulity of the sample.
