一阶导数分光光度法测定溴咖合剂中咖啡因含量

摘要 目的:改进溴咖合剂中咖啡因含量测定的方法.方法:采用一阶导数分光光度法直接测定溴咖合剂中咖啡因含量,测定波长为287nm,△λ为2nm.结果:处方1、2和处方3的平均回收率和RSD分别为100.33%和0.57%(n=6)、101.01%和0.81%(n=6).结论:方法简便,快速准确,可作为该制剂3种不同处方中咖啡因含量的测定. OBJECTIVE: To improve the methods to determine the contents of caffeine in Pavlov' s mixture. METHODS:First order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of caffeine in Pavlov's mixture without preparation. The samples were determined by UV at 287 nm and △λ 2nm. RESULTS: The average recovery for prescription 1&2 was 100.22% and the RSD(n =6).The average recovery for prescription 3 was 101.01% and the RSD was 0.81%(n = 6). CONCLUSION:The method is simple and accurate.It can be used to determine the contents of caffeine in three different prescriptions in Pavlov's mixture.
