前臂肌腱刀伤早期处理的体会

Experience in early treatment of incised wound of the forearm tendon

目的探讨前臂肌腱切割伤一期缝合与二期缝合效果差异。方法分析１２００例前臂肌腱切割伤患者的治疗及愈合情况。结果一期缝合功能恢复优良９６９例（９５％），差５１例（５％）；二期缝合功能恢复优良１４４例（８０％），差３６例（２０％）。结论一期缝合治愈率明显高于二期逢合；

Objective To observe the different effects between primary and secondary suture in patients with incised wound of the forearm tendon Method The treatment and healing conditions of 1 200 cases were analyzed. Results For functional restoration in primary suture, 969 cases were excellent and good (95%) and 51 poor (5%),in secondary suture, 144 were excellent and good(80%) and 36 poor (20%) Conclusion The cure rate of primary suture is much higher than that of secondary suture and the reference time of primary suture is 12 hours.
