臀肌筋膜挛缩症的手术治疗

Surgical treatment of gluteofascia contracture

目的探讨臀肌筋膜挛缩症合理的手术方法。方法根据病情轻重采用不同的手术方法，Ⅲ度患者，将挛缩的臀筋膜作“Ｚ”形延长，切除挛缩的臀肌。结果优良率９２．９％，保留臀筋膜的病例术后臀部外形较满意。

Objective To search for the reasonable methods of treating gluteofascia contracture. Methods Different ways were applied to treat the contracture operatively on the basis of severity of the disease and the “Z” plasty was used to lengthen the fascia for the patient with three degree of gluteofascia contracture. Results The excellent and good rate was 92 9%, and the gluteal appearance which remains the gluteofascia was satisfactory. Conclusion Selecting operation method based on the severity of the disease can obtain better results.
