Thinking on the Scientific and Technological Progress in Taiyuan

回顾、分析了近几年来太原市“科教兴市”、“科技投入”以及“农村科技”等科技进步工作状况。针对存在的问题提出了企业科技进步和市属科研机构改革的基本思路和方法。

The works of the past few years in the .scientific and technological progress in Taiyuan was reviewed and analyzed, and these works included invigorating the city through science and education, investment in science and technology as well as rural works in science and technology. In accordance with existing problems, the basic thoughts and methods about enterprise's sci-tech progress and the reformation of scientific research institutions belonging to the city were put forward.
