This paper introduces the Shengli oil field to the scientific development concept as a guide in order to reduce energy consumption,for the purpose of improving economic efficiency in order to carry out the＂collate standard,pursue standard,create standard＂activities as the carrier,establish a sound evaluation system to evaluate energy efficiency, optimize production ways and energy structure,carry out energy-saving technology,and promote energy conservation field to carry out such a good steady progress in the useful experience.
