本文介绍了PrimePACK^(TM)模块风力发电系统中的应用。PrimePACK作为英飞凌推出的新一代的大功率IGBT模块,采用了的全新的封装技术,以及芯片技术。这使得PrimePACK模块的可靠性大大提高。
This paper introduces application of PrimePACK^TM module in wind power system.PrimePACK^TM as a new generation of high-power IGBT module of Infineon, using a new packaging technology and chip technology.This makes the PrimePACK greatly improved the reliability of the module.
