摘要
为探索新的设计方法,将系统论思想引入纺织品设计中,进行织物的混纺比设计。通过研究混纺比对混纺纱线及织物性能的影响,确定纱线及织物性能与纤维混纺比的关系,并由此建立多目标优化模型。用MatLab遗传算法工具箱进行优化计算,确定使纺织品系统整体最优化的混纺比方案。由优化得到的混纺比方案进行纺纱和织造,并对纱线和织物性能进行测试,对设计的效果进行检验与评价。通过从新的视角进行纺织品设计过程、思路和模式的探索,为纺织材料与纺织品设计的理论研究与实践提供新思路。
To explore new design methods, system theory is introduced into textile design to carry out blending ratio design. The influence of blending ratio on the properties of blended yarns and fabrics was studied, and the relationship between them was determined, and thereby an optimized and multifunctional model was developed. The blending ratio for the optimization of the textile system as a whole was determined through optimized computation by using MatLab genetic algorithms toolbox. Spinning and weaving were performed based on the blending ratio design obtained through optimization, the properties of yams and fabrics were tested, and the result of the design was checked and evaluated. The exploration of the process, concept, and mode of textile design from a new standpoint provides a new thinking for designing textile material and product in theoretical and practical aspects. This exploration carried out in this paper can potentially open a promising avenue toward experiential design to rational design.
