The current industrialization status abroad of efficient pulverized coal fired industrial boiler technology is summarized. The principle, features, standards, and performance of the domestic technology and its practical effects on saving energy and reducing pollutant emissions are stated in contrast with the traditional layer burning boilers, coal-water slurry boilers and oil and gas boilers on technique and economy. Contract energy management mechanism, the specific content of energy-saving mode for financing and its adaptation for the industrialization of efficient pulverized coal fired industrial boiler are specified. The development potential of the efficient pulverized coal fired industrial boiler is also analyzed in the paper.
