配煤对煤灰熔点的影响及灰熔点预测模型研究 被引量:15

摘要 针对皖北刘桥二矿煤(A)属于高灰熔点煤,无法满足Shell气化炉液态排渣的需要。考察了采用配煤技术降低煤A的灰熔点的效果,结果表明,配煤可以显著的降低煤A的高灰熔融性,使其能够满足Shell气化炉液态排渣工艺的要求。并采用最小二乘法对灰熔点与煤灰灰成分之间建立并回归了预测模型,预测模型方程表明,若能增加配煤煤灰中MgO的含量可显著降低煤灰熔点,增加配煤煤灰中CaO的含量可使煤灰熔点降低,在煤灰中SiO2和Al2O3总含量一定的条件下,高硅低铝的配煤煤灰可进一步降低煤灰熔点。同时该模型能较好地预测三种原煤配煤的灰熔点。 Due to the high ash fusion temperature of the coal from the Liu-qiao No. 2 coal mine in Wan-bei (A), this type coal could not meet shell coal gasification for slag-tapping. Coal blending technology used to reduce ash fusion temperature of coal A was studied, This can significantly reduce the high fusibility of the coal A to meet the requirements of the shell gasifier slag-tapping process. The prediction model was established according to the relationship between coal ash fusion temperature and chemical composition of ashes by linear least square method. Showed that increasing the content of MgO and CaO in coal blending ash could significantly decrease the ash fusion temperature, the higher content of SiO2 has on condition that the total content of SiO2 and Al2O3 in the ash coal blending is constant can further decrease the ash fusion temperature. At the same time, the model could predict the coal blending ash fusion temperature by the three type of coal well.
