低阻高效抛煤机锅炉飞灰分离装置的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 对使用于抛煤机锅炉的下排气式旋风分离器进行了实验研究,主要研究排气管径、导流体插入深度、导流体—排气管间距(导排间距)等因素对分离器分离效率和压力损失的影响。实验结果表明,排气管径为0.75D、导流体插入深度为0.75D、导排间距为0.5D的旋风分离器结构综合性能较好,适合应用于抛煤机锅炉作为飞灰分离装置。 Do experiment research on down-exhaust cyclone separator used for stokes boiler, research the separating efficiency and the resistance of the down-exhaust separator affected by some factors such as diameter of the ventpipe, the deepness of the guider, the distance between the guider and the vent-pipe( the distance) and so on. After the experimentation, the best condition is the diameter of the vent-pipe 0.75D, the deepness of the guider 0.75D, the distance between the guider and the vent-pipe 0.5 D. Its comprehensive property is better, and best suitable for stokes boiler as its fly ash separator.
