摘要
借鉴PSR模型构建经济安全评价指标体系,采用BP人工神经网络对21座煤炭城市经济安全评价进行研究,结果表明:总体上看中国煤炭城市经济安全等级较低;局部上分析,经济安全等级呈现出地域特征。山东省两市、安徽淮北、河南焦作、辽宁抚顺与陕西铜川表现较其他城市为好,山西省较差,黑龙江省最不理想。BP人工神经网络作为研究经济安全评价问题的新方法,其识别等级能力较强,效果较好,可以应用于城市经济安全评价研究。
This article build an evaluation index system based on pressure-state-response conceptual model. The level of ecological security of 21 coal cities are evaluated by back propagation (BP) neural network method. It show that (1) as a whole, of the cities is a little low; on partial analysis, the level of ecological security appears an regional character, two cities in Shandong Province, Huaibei in Anhui Province, Jiaozuo in Henan Province, Fushun in Liaoning Province, Tongchuan in Shanxi Province get a higher level than other cities whereas Shanxi Province get a lower level and Hei- longjiang Province get a lowest level. (2) since the ecological security evaluation of BP neural network as a new method has a good and effective recognition ability, it can be replied in the eitie' ecological security evaluation.
