四川淫羊藿中两个新的黄酮醇苷 被引量:1

摘要 目的对四川淫羊藿Epimedium sutchuenense的化学成分进行研究。方法利用硅胶、聚酰胺、Sephadex LH-20、ODS等柱色谱进行分离和纯化,根据化合物的光谱学数据和理化方法鉴定其结构。结果从四川淫羊藿70%乙醇提取物中分离得到了10个化合物,鉴定其结构为川藿苷A(sutchuenoside A,D、川藿苷B(sutchuenoside B,Ⅱ)、大豆苷元(daidzein,Ⅲ)、宝藿苷-Ⅰ(baohuoside-Ⅰ,Ⅳ)、kaempferide 3-rhamnoside(Ⅴ)、淫羊藿苷(icariin,Ⅵ)、anhydroicaritin-3-O-α—L—rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅶ)、对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxybenzoic acid,Ⅷ)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,Ⅸ)、β-谷甾醇(psitosterol,Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ为新化合物,分别命名为sutchuenoside A和B,俗名为川藿苷A和B,化合物Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ~Ⅹ系首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of Epimediurn sutchuenense. Methods The compounds were repeatedly separated and purified on column chromatography of silica gel, polyamide, Sephadex LH-20, and ODS. The structures were identified on the basis of spectral methods. Results Ten compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extract of E. sutchuenense and were identified as sutchuenoside A ( Ⅰ ), sutchuenoside B ( Ⅱ ), daidzein ( Ⅲ ), baohuoside- Ⅰ (Ⅳ), kaempferide 3-rhamnoside ( Ⅴ ), icariin ( Ⅵ ), anhydroicaritin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl ( 1 →2)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside ( Ⅶ ), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅷ), daucosterol (Ⅸ), and β-sitosterol ( Ⅹ ), respectively. Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ are novel ones named as sutchuentins A and B respectively. Compounds Ⅲ , Ⅴ , Ⅶ, and Ⅷ-- Ⅹ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
