摘要 目的研究细柱五加Acantho panax gracilistylus叶的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从细柱五加叶中得到17个化合物,分别鉴定为异贝壳杉烷酸[(-)-kaur-16-en-19-oic acid,Ⅰ]、槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅱ)、山奈酚(kaempferol,Ⅲ)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,Ⅳ)、acankoreoside A(Ⅴ)、acantrifoside A(Ⅵ)、3a,11α-dihydroxyl-20(29)-lupene-23,28-dioicacid(Ⅶ)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅷ)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,Ⅸ)、棕榈酸(palmitic acid,Ⅹ)、芦丁(rutin,Ⅺ)、stigmast-5,22-dien-3-O-α-Dglucopyranoside(Ⅻ、acankoreagenin(ⅩⅢ)、3,11-dihydroxy-23-OXO-20(29)-lupen-28-oic acid(ⅩⅣ)、3-hydroxy-23-OXO-20(29)-lupen-28-oicacid(ⅩⅤ)、三肉豆蔻酸甘油酯(myristin,ⅩⅥ)、细柱五加酸(acanthopanaxgric acid,Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅱ~Ⅳ、Ⅶ、Ⅺ、ⅩⅡ、Ⅳ、ⅩⅤ首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物ⅩⅦ为新化合物,命名为细柱五加酸(acanthopanaxgric acid)。 Objective To study chemical constituents in the leaves of Acanthopanax gracilistylus. Methods The chemical components were isolated and purified by silica gel, ODS C-18, and Sephadex LH- 20 column chromatogram. The chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Seventeen compounds were isolated and identified as (-)-kaur-16-en-19- oic acid ( Ⅰ ), quercetin ( Ⅱ), kaempferol (Ⅲ ), protocatechuic acid (Ⅳ), acankoreoside A ( Ⅴ ), aeantrifoside A (Ⅵ), 3α, 11α-dihydroxy-20 (29)-lupene-23, 28-dioic acid ( Ⅶ ), 13-sitosterol ( Ⅷ ), daucosterol ( Ⅸ ), palmitic acid ( Ⅹ ), rutin (Ⅺ), stigmast-5, 22-dien-3-O-α-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅻ ), acankoreagenin ( ⅩⅢ ), 3, 11-dihydroxy-23-oxo-20 (29)-lupen-28-oic acid (ⅩⅣ ), 3-hydroxy-23-oxo-20 ( 29)-lupen-28-oic acid (ⅩⅤ), myristin (ⅩⅥ), and acanthopanaxgric acid (ⅩⅦ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ -- Ⅳ, Ⅶ, Ⅺ, Ⅻ, ⅩⅣ, and ⅩⅤ are obtained from the leaves of the plant for the first time and compounds ⅩⅦ is a new proved compound named acanthopanaxgric acid.
