摘要
针对我国CRH2型动车组结构功能特征和运用维修特点,深入分析各系统、分系统间逻辑功能关系,初步建立其可靠性模型;在此基础上,以重要度、复杂度、维修性、测试性为可靠性分配评价因素,并根据其对可靠性的不同要求划分评价等级,采用综合评分法对动车组整车可靠性指标进行分配,特别对牵引传动系统进行了详细的指标分配,明确了该系统主要单元的可靠性定量要求,为动车组运用维修提供参考依据。
In view of the characteristics of functions, operation and maintenance of the CRH2 EMU structure and on the basis of deep analysis of the logic function relation of the constituent systems,the CRH2 EMU reliability model is established. The EMU reliability indices are assigned to all systems and subsystems by grades with the comprehensive scoring method. The factors of grading are importance, complexity, maintainability and testability. So the reliability requirements of the CRH2 EMU systems and subsystems are specified to provide reference for EMU operation and maintenance.
