摘要
螺纹道钉锚固抗拔力会因螺纹道钉的锈蚀及锚固剂老化等因素而变小,从而影响列车的安全运行,为解决这一问题对螺纹道钉锚固抗拔力进行分析。同时,以锚固剂的结合应力、螺纹道钉的锈蚀程度和偏心度等3个因素为变量对轨道螺纹道钉抗拔力进行实验,采用多元回归分析的方法对实验数据进行计算分析。计算分析表明,锚固剂的结合应力和螺纹道钉的锈蚀程度是影响螺纹道钉抗拔力的主要因素,应避免采用硫磺及有腐蚀性的化学品作为螺纹道钉的锚固剂。初步得出以锚固剂的结合应力、螺纹道钉的锈蚀程度为自变量的螺纹道钉抗拔力的表达式。
The anchor withdraw resistance of the screw spike diminishes with corrosion of the screw spike and aging of the anchor agent on site so as to harm traffic safety. An experiment was conducted using the bond stress of the anchor agent, the corrosion degree of the screw spike and the eccentricity as the variables to test the withdraw resistance of the screw spike. The multiple regression analysis shows that three main factors have influence on the anchor withdraw resistance of the screw spike. The main influence factors are the bond stress of the anchor agent and the corrosion degree of the screw spike. Sulfur and other erosive chemicals should not be used as the anchor agent of the screw spike. The expression of the withdraw resistance of the screw spike is established with the bond stress of the anchor agent and the corrosion degree of the screw spike as the independent variables.
