摘要
目的开发放射治疗信息管理与验证治疗系统计算机软件,减少影响精确放疗的人为因素,提高放疗质量。方法系统采用VC++编程语言、SQL数据库等工具开发管理病人、摄取定位片、验证治疗等模块,各模块使用同一主菜单进行管理。结果该系统将VARIS网络、医用模拟定位机视频输出及CR系统连接起来,实现了放射治疗各个环节数字化,放疗摆位验证得到实时控制。结论该系统操作简便、运行稳定、数据可靠,便于推广应用。
Objective To develop the radiotherapy information management and authentication system,thus to reduce the human factors which affects precision radiotherapy,and to improve the quality of radiotherapy. Methods Windows XP operating system,VC＋＋ programming language,SQL database,Windows2000 Chinese language interface,LAN and client - server model were used to program the system. And the image was transmitted,saved and verified through linking VARIS network and screen output of the medical simulation machine and CR system Results All aspects of the radiation therapy were digital,the information was saved and the position was verified Conclusion The system operates steadily with safe and reliable datas,and it can be used extensively in clinical practice.
