摘要
人力资源管理是对最重要、最活跃、最具潜能资源的管理，也是最富有动感的管理工作。本文对人力资源管理理论的演变及我国企业人力资源管理的现状进行了阐述。
Human resources management is the one for most important,most active and most promising resource.And it also is a management of moving sence.This paper expounds the development of the theory of human resources management and the situation of enterprises' human resources management of our country,and puts forward some suggestions.
