摘要
目的:探讨弹性排班对节约人力成本的作用。方法:根据季节性、工作量,合理安排护士人力配置,在保证护理质量的基础上,实行弹性排班制。比较弹性排班制前后护理人力、工作量、护理质量的情况。结果:弹性排班制前、后比较,全年来诊人数分别为24672人次和38641人次,增加56.6%,护士人力仅增加14.3%,护士夜班人力减少9.0%,病人满意度、护理质量评分均无明显变化。结论:弹性排班不仅使护理管理者能最大限度地调动和合理利用人力资源,保证病人的护理需要,而且有助于较好地控制和节约人力成本。
Objective: To explore the effect of flexible shift arrangement on lowering manpower cost. Methods: Shills were arranged flexibly according to seasons and workload while the quality of care was considered. The manpower cost, workload and quality of care in the two different work shift arrangements were compared. Results: After applying the flexible shift arrangement, the manpower of nurses increased 14.3% and manpower of night shifts decreased 9.0% while the number of outpatients increased 56.6%, and the patient satisfaction and the quality of care had no significant difference. Conclusion: Applying flexible shift arrangement can not only let nursing managers arrange manpower more rationally to satisfy the patient's nursing demand, but also lower manpower cost.
