摘要
对高校人力资源管理专业教师、学生及企事业单位人力资源从业者的问卷调查结果显示,高校人才供给与市场需求之间存在差距,应届毕业生在实践经验和沟通协调能力等方面相当欠缺。对此,高校应以就业为导向,推行本科生"导师制"、"校外成长导师制"、"学长制"相结合的培养模式创新,帮助学生寻求更多的实践机会,从而不断提升人力资源管理专业学生的培养质量和就业率。
The results of a survey to the HRM professional teachers in colleges and universities,undergraduates majored in HRM and the HRM practitioners in enterprises and institutions are showing that a lot of gaps exist between supply and demand of undergraduates majored in HRM.There are disadvantages on practical experiences and communication capabilities for them.In this regard,the colleges and universities should choose this employment-oriented education model which contains tutorial system,growing out-of-school tutorial system and senior system to help undergraduates majored in HRM so as to help them seek more practice opportunities,then continuously upgrade their quality of training and raise their employment rate.
