科学发展观是关于发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现,文章在科学发展观的视野下思考高校学生社团建设问题,提出了推动高校学生社团科学发展的策略:以"以学生为本"的思想为统领,把社团建设成为大学生素质教育的有效载体;以"既重数量,又重质量,统筹兼顾,有所侧重"为思路,促进社团全面协调发展;以社团文化、制度建设为根本,资源整合为手段,保持社团开放性为必要条件,促进社团可持续发展。

The conception of scientific development is the concentrated expression of the view of world and methodology development,under the view of scientific development,the issue of considering the construction of student association proposes the strategies to stimulate the scientific development of student＇s association：With the leading thought of ＂Students are fundamental＂,we aim at developing the community into an effective vehicle for quality education of college students;Attaching importance to quantity as well as quality and giving overall consideration with particular emphasis,we try to promote comprehensive and balanced development of the community;To promote the sustainable development,we make the corporate culture and the establishment of system as fundamentality,the integration of resources as means and the openness of the community as an essential condition.
