摘要
学生管理是学校教育的重要组成部分,清晰认识学生自身特点是对学生实施有针对性管理的前提。可以运用系统聚类法中的最短距离法,按学生的思想品德、学习成绩、身心健康三项指标将学生分成四类,即优、良、中、一般,从而为学生管理工作者根据分类结果对不同类型的学生实施有针对性的管理提供科学依据。
Students management is an important component of the school education,a clear understanding of the characteristics of students is the premise of effective management to students.The Shortest Distance Method of Hierarchical Clustering Method can be used,based on three indicators of the students,they are ideological and moral,academic,physical and mental health,divided all students into four categories：namely,excellent,good,in general.It can provide the scientific basis of management to the management of workers implement effective management to different types of students according to the results of classification of students.
