图书馆作为信息服务的提供者和竞争者,必须改变被动等待读者的观念,强化以读者为中心的新时代服务理念,倡导人性化与个性化时代专业的优质服务是高校图书馆追求的目标,加强对读者的信息导航是图书馆专业优质服务的根本,注重服务反馈信息是图书馆专业创新工作的基础,创新服务模式是图书馆专业优质服务的必要手段。
As one of the information providers and competitors,libraries must change the conception of passively waiting for readers into strengthening reader services,studying the needs of readers in the 21st century and taking corresponding measures to meet the information needs of readers.Humanity and personality are the aims of libraries.Information navigation is the basic function of libraries for providing professional service to the readers.Innovative service model is the necessary means of providing professional service.
