摘要
词汇是英语学习的基础,也是大学英语教学的重点和难点。英语词汇习得途径正确与否是英语学习成败的关键。直接策略是英语学习之一大策略体系,包括记忆策略、认知策略和补偿策略三部分。将直接学习策略融入大学英语词汇教学,不仅能提高词汇教学效率,也能减轻英语学习者的词汇记忆负担,提高词汇学习效率。
Vocabulary is an important and difficult point in the study of a foreign language.According to Nation's vocabulary ability theory,the essay puts forward three strategies in the teaching of the English vocabulary in the classroom for the non-English majors:memory strategy,cognition strategy,and compensation strategy;so as to result in an effective communication with the college English teachers and improvement in vocabulary study efficiency of the English learners.
