摘要
根据家庭生活污水的水质情况及膜生物反应器设计应用技术规程设计并制作出一个小型的膜生物反应器。该膜生物反应器由三部分组成:水解酸化区、反应区、清水区。生活污水首先进入水解酸化区经水解酸化初步处理后进入反应区,在反应区内采用管式膜曝气来去除水中污染物,处理后的水经清水泵抽吸至清水区后便可回用于冲厕及其他生活杂用水。
According to the quality of household wastewater and technical regulations for design and use of MBR, a MBR is designed and fabricated. This MBR includes three parts: hydrolization and acidification zone, MBR reaction zone, clear water zone. Firstly, the wastewater enters into the hydrelyzation and acidification zone, after initial treatment, then enters into MBR reaction zone. In the MBR reaction zone, pollutants are removed by anaerobic tubular membrane process. The treated waste water which can flush toilets and serve other uses is pumped into clear water zone.
