反渗透处理糖厂二效汽凝水回用锅炉的研究 被引量:3

RESEARCH ON REVERSE OSMOSIS TREATMENT OF THE RECYCLE OF THE CONDENSATE FROM CANE MILLS TO THE BOILER SUPPLY WATER

摘要 糖厂以二效汽凝水取代原水回用锅炉是"节能减排"的重要措施,但含糖量过高的二效汽凝水回用锅炉后,将影响锅炉高效、安全使用。故此采用一级反渗透装置对二效汽凝水进行除糖净化处理。实验结果表明:反渗透系统的脱盐率能够稳定在87.82%左右,出水水质完全达到中压锅炉补充给水水质标准。建议拥有中压锅炉的糖厂采用糖厂锅炉补充给水除糖净化新工艺。 The important measure to reduce energy consumption and discharge in cane mills is to use the condensate of the second effect evaporator to replace raw water as the boiler supply water. But the boilers are not used efficiently and securely when the sugar content of the condensate is too high. The condensate of the second effect evaporator has been purified carefully by using one stage reverse osmosis equipment. The results show that after the treatment, the desalination rate of the reverse osmosis system is stabilized about 87.82 %, and the effluent water quality has completely reached standards of the medium pressure boiler supply water. It is suggested that the new process of the condensate purification should be used in cane mills with medium pressure boilers.
