摘要
针对单一工况的飞机刹车盘三维瞬态温度场仿真不能全面描述温度场在其他工况下的热特性。为获取多工况的刹车盘制动过程中的温度分布情况,以某型飞机为例,对刹车装置的循环对称结构,根据传热学理论建立三维循环对称有限元模型,阐述飞机刹车副制动过程中三维瞬态温度场的计算方法,运用ANSYS10.0软件分析不同工况下刹车盘的温度分布,并给出典型时刻下温度场分布云图和最高温度点温度变化曲线。通过分析不同制动过程的温度场,为摩擦材料的研制及制动盘的设计和选择不同工况的压力和制动速度提供有效的参考。
Simulation of the 3D transient temperature field of aircraft brake for single load case can not provide complete description. In order to know the temperature distribution brake during aircraft brake in multiple load cases, a 3D cyclic - symmetric finite element model is created by using heat transfer theory. The calculating method of tem- perature field of brake during aircraft braking is put forward . ANSYS10. 0 is applied to calculate the 3D transient temperature field of multiple load cases by considering all the parameters properly. The simulation results are given as temperature contours and curves. As a result, the brake temperature field simulated could be used as references for the research of friction composite, design of brake disc, choosing the brake presses and speed.
