某型发动机几何通道控制系统建模与仿真 被引量:6

摘要 为了改善和优化某型发动机几何通道控制系统的动、静态性能,利用基于键合图的液压机械系统建模仿真及动力学分析软件AMESim,以流量连续方程及力平衡方程为基础,采用图形化物理建模方式建立系统模型,用AEMSim提供的智能求解器对影响系统的动、静态性能的三个因素为几何通道控制系统的供油压力及流量、几何通道控制系统的电液伺服阀固有频率、几何通道控制系统的数字控制器参数进行仿真分析,给出了工程优化设计的结果。据此研制的某型航空发动机几何通道控制系统的试验表明,按照上述优化设计方案所研制的系统改进了发动机的性能。 In order to improve and optimize the dynamic and static performance of the geometric position control system of aero - engine, the paper took advantage of the Advanced Modeling Environment for Simulations of engineering systems which has audio - visual and graphic of alternating plane. Based on continuity flowing equation and bal- ance of force equation, it built a model of the system by bond graphic physics modeling. Three factors which affected the dynamic and static performance of the system are used to simulate the fuel pressure and flow of the geometric posi- tion control system, the fixed frequency of electrical hydraulic servo valve, the parameters of the digital controller of geometric position control system and an optimized design was given. The test results showed that the optimized design can improve the performance of the aero - engine.
