摘要
数据库质量是数据库的生命，没有质量，建立起来的数据库就不能联网，就不能上信息高速公路，也谈不上信息资源共享。本文以《青海地方文献数据库》为实例，论述了数据库建设中的质量控制问题，供建库者参考。
The quality is the life of data base. Without a good quality,the established data base could not be linked with the network or set out on the information expressway,and the resources sharing would be impossible. Taking the local document base of Qinghai province as example,this paper discusses the quality control of data base establishment,that maybe a reference for someone.
