碟脉灵注射液对兔缺血再灌注损伤心肌保护作用的研究

摘要 目的:比较研究碟脉灵注射液预适应于缺血预适应对兔缺血再灌注损伤心肌的保护作用。方法:48只新西兰大耳白兔随机分为假手术对照组,缺血再灌注组,碟脉灵预适应组和缺血预适应组,观察碟脉灵注射液预适应知缺血预适应对心肌缺血再灌注时左室收缩压峰值(LVSP)左室舒张末期压(LVEDP)等容收缩期左室内压最大上升速率(+dP/dtmax)等容舒张期左室内压最大下降速率(-dP/dtmax)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的影响。结果:碟脉灵注射液预适应与缺血预适应均能改善缺血再灌注时左心室功能,减少心肌LDH、CKMB的漏出,提高心肌ATP含量和血清SOD活性,降低MDA含量。结论:碟脉灵注射液预适应能诱导心肌缺血预适应样保护作用。 Objective : To ComparativeIy study the protective effects of DIEMAILING for injection (DMLI) preconditigning (IPC) on myocardial ischemia - reperfusion injury in rabbits. Methods : 48 Rabbits were randomly divided into 4groups: the sham operation contr011ed(soc) group, ischemia - reperfusion (IPR) group, DMLI group, and IPC group, rhe myocardial ischemia - reperfusion model was induced by left anterior descending coronary occutusion in 30 min and reperfusiOn in 120 min in rabbits. To explore the effects of DMLI preconditioning and IPC on leftventricular Systolic pressure (LVSP) ,left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP) , + dp/dtmax, - dp/dtmax Lactic dehydrogenase (LCH), MB of isoenzyme of creatin kinase ( CK - MB), adenosine triphosphate ( ATP ) and superoxide dismutase (SOD)and maleic dialdehyde (MDA) in serum during myocardial ischemic reperfusion in rabbits. Results: DMLI and IPC couldimprove the funct ion of the left vertricular, decrease the level of LDH, CK - MB and MDA, raise the level of ATP and the activity of SOD significantly. Conclusion : CIEMAILING for injection ( DMLI ) Can induce myocardial protective effects of ischemic preconditioning.
