SLE合并腮腺炎及急性胰腺炎1例
摘要
病历资料 患者，女，17岁，因发热20天，双侧腮腺肿大伴上腹疼痛2天，于2006年8月22日人院。患者入院前2个月因发热，颜面部红斑、四肢关节疼痛，在院外诊断为SLE。予口服强的松、莱氟米、雷公藤。此次入院前20天无明显诱因出现发热，每日体温在38℃以上，最高达40℃，伴乏力、纳差，时有恶心、呕吐，呕出少许胃液，
