摘要
目的:探讨高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定保健食品中人参皂苷Rh2的含量。方法:采用C18色谱分析柱;流动相为乙腈:水=60:40;紫外检测器(或二极管阵列检测器),检测波长203 nm。结果:在0.05-5μg范围内,Rh2线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.99999,平均回收率为99.3%,平均标准偏差(RSD)为1.86%,最低检出限为1.8 ng。结论:本方法简便、快速、可靠,能满足保健食品中Rh2含量测定的需要。
Objective:To develop a method to determinate of ginsenoside Rh2 in health food by HPLC. MethodS:C18 column was used to determine the ginsenoside Rh2. The mobile phase was: acetonitrile -water( 60:40 ). The ginsenoside Rh2 was detected by UV( or diode array detection) at 203 nm. Results: The linear range was 0. 05 - 5 μg with correlation coefficient of 0. 99999, the average recovery of the method was 99. 3% , the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.86% and its monitoring limit was 1.8 ng. Conclusion:This method is convenient, fast and accurate and it can meet the analysis of ginsenoside Rh2 in health food.
