Effect of protein zinc and selenium tablet on immune function of mouse

摘要 目的:了解不同剂量的蛋白锌硒片对小鼠特异性和非特异性免疫功能的影响。方法:昆明种小鼠经口连续分别给予0.3、0.6、1.8 g/kg.BW的蛋白锌硒片,同时设蒸馏水对照组,连续灌胃30 d,进行淋巴细胞转化实验、迟发型变态反应实验、抗体生成细胞检测、血清溶血素的测定、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验、碳廓清实验和NK细胞活性测定。结果:与空白对照组比较,中、高剂量组迟发型变态反应能力增强,低、高剂量组抗体生成细胞数增加,中剂量组小鼠的单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清吞噬指数增加,中、高剂量组小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率和吞噬指数增加,差异有统计学意义。结论:蛋白锌硒片对小鼠免疫功能有增强作用。 Objective : To explore the effects of protein zinc and selenium tablet of different dosage on specific and non - specific immune function of mice. Methods: Mice were orally administrated with the tablet at doses of 0. 3,0. 6 and 1.8 g/kg, another group of mice were chosen as control. After 30 days'treatment, proliferation and transformation of spleen lymphocytes, delayed anaphylactic reactions, the number of antibody forming cells, serum level of hemolysin, macrophage's power of swallowing chicken red blood cells in mouse's abdominal cavity, carbon expurgatory function by phagocyte and NK cell activity were observed re- spectively. Results:Comparing with control group, delayed anaphylactic reactions and macrophage's power of swallowing chicken red blood cells in mouse's abdominal cavity in middle or high dose group intensified, the number of antibody forming cells in low or high dose group increased, and carbon phagocytosis by phagocyte in middle dose group increased. Conclusion:Protein zinc and selenium tablet possesses the potential effect of enhancing the immune function of mice.
